1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using LocalForge's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. LocalForge Launch Service

LocalForge Launch is a professional website design and development service priced at $500 total ($250 deposit, $250 final balance).

• Deposit of $250 is non-refundable once work begins
• Final balance of $250 is due before website launch
• Website builds typically take 1-2 weeks from agreement to launch
• Includes up to 2 revision rounds; additional revisions may be billed
• Websites are hosted on professional servers with 99.9% uptime guarantee

3. Monthly Services

Monthly services (ForgeCare, LocalGrowth, Growth Pro) are billed on a monthly basis with no long-term contract.

• First 30 days are a free trial period
• You may cancel anytime without penalty
• Month-to-month billing; cancellation takes effect at end of current month
• Upon cancellation, your website remains online but support services cease

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made via the methods provided during checkout. Payment failures may result in service suspension.

• Late or failed payments may trigger suspension of services
• You remain responsible for all charges until services are officially canceled
• No refunds are issued for partial months of service

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide to us (text, images, branding). You grant LocalForge a license to use this content in building and maintaining your website.

• LocalForge retains ownership of the website design, code, and templates
• You may not reproduce or redistribute LocalForge templates
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content provided

6. Limitation of Liability

LocalForge is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, LocalForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Warranties Disclaimer

LocalForge provides services on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we maintain industry-standard uptime guarantees for hosting.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use LocalForge services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Distributing malware, spam, or harmful content
• Harassment, abuse, or defamation
• Unauthorized access to systems or data

9. Termination

LocalForge reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your website may be taken offline.

10. Privacy

11. Changes to Terms

LocalForge may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law
